About Paolo Petrolini
For almost 20 years I have built technology products and taken them to market, often in countries where they were new. More than ten of those years were at Google, on products used by over a billion people, including supporting the launch of Google Shopping in more than 20 European markets.
I have advised more than 50 technology companies across Europe, the US and Asia on product, go-to-market and international growth. In 2022 I founded compensIT, took it to market in Europe and closed the distribution partnership with Experian that took it to scale. Experian acquired the company in 2025.
Today, through petrolini.me, I bring other companies' products to market between the US, Europe and East Asia. I understand technology as an engineer, products as someone who has built them, and markets as a founder who had to sell his own. I live in Taipei.
